Join KRI certified Kundalini Yoga teacher, Tracy Hart, as she shares this special practice. Not only will you learn the fundamentals of Kundalini Yoga, but a unique aspect of Kundalini is that although you are working with the energy of the group, you are able to move at your own intensity level and with modifications made for your body. So beginners and those wishing to ramp up in their physical conditioning are welcome along with advanced practitioners.
In this workshop you will receive the basics of kundalini yoga – the history, the philosophy, and the fundamentals of the practice. Kundalini yoga is a technology that tunes up the whole body. It strengthens the nervous system, purifies the blood, and balances the glandular system. It powers up the navel center and strengthens the entire body while increasing flexibility.
During this two hour session, we will practice breathing exercises, a kriya (set of exercises with specific benefits), deep relaxation, and meditation. You will leave feeling energized and relaxed. Come raise your vibration and try this very special and powerful form of yoga.
