Floating Yoga Nidra
This is usually performed in a comfortable state with props on the mat. Enjoy the experience while being held weightless in an aerial yoga hammock. The hammock provides comfort, support, and reduces the pressure that one may feel in the spine during your practice.

This 90 minute workshop’s sole purpose is to get you feeling comfortable and confident with your aerial practice. We will discuss proper body positioning and safety techniques, and all skills will be assisted and performed close to the ground (no higher than 3 feet). You will be introduced to basic ways to hang that are suitable for your comfort level as well as ways to embrace complete presence and the true essence of letting go.
Point Mountain Peak to River Trail is a 2.9 mile moderately trafficked loop trail located near Glen Gardner, New Jersey that features a river and is rated as moderate. Theres a 500 ft climb at the beginning that’s worth the climb for the beautiful view at the top! The hike down is more gentle and there’s a field at the bottom next to a river making a perfect outdoor space for the yoga class.
Pre-Registration is required HERE so that all hikers are accounted for.
Aerial Flips & Tricks Workshop
Learn & explore more intermediate/advanced transitions and poses using the aerial hammocks, this is basically playtime for those who are ready to embrace their wings for flips and tricks.
You will be guided through safe and proper entry, technique and how to safely exit and modify these advanced poses. Prerequisite of having an Aerial Yoga practice (and have taken at least 5 aerial classes) or have gone through an Aerial Yoga Teacher Training.
Sun Salutations are the most common sequences you will come across in your exploration of yoga, and in a typical yoga class there just is not enough time to break down the sequence for all that it is worth!
In this 90 minute workshop, circling around Surya Namaskara A and B, we’ll explore each pose individually in detail, put subsets of the poses together by linking our movements to our breath, explore how these postures relate to one another and finally put each sequence together from start to finish.
This workshop is appropriate for all levels. Bring your questions along to this interactive workshop!
