This is usually performed in a comfortable state with props on the mat. Enjoy the experience while being held weightless in an aerial yoga hammock. The hammock provides comfort, support, and reduces the pressure that one may feel in the spine during your practice.
Yoga Nidra, known as yogic sleep, is a systematic method of guided meditation and conscious relaxation intended to induce complete physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. You will be guided into a state of deep relaxation where breathing and thoughts are slowed.
Because one hour of yoga nidra equals about four hours of typical sleep, mental clarity improves, energy increases, creativity & intuition will flourish and mood swings & emotional upsets are minimized.
If you prefer to practice on your mat with props that is also fine.

Restorative Yoga & Massage
Join Chelsea Hoeffler & Licensed Massage therapist Monday Matech for an afternoon of restorative yoga, massage & essential oils. This unique class will guide you back towards your center with passive stretching and supported relaxation poses. While in these poses, massage and essential oil therapy will ground and calm you.
We will also explore a mindful eating meditation and body scan meditation to deepen our sensory experience.
This yin class will focus on poses that help to soothe anxiety and uplift your mood.
For those who may struggle with seasonal depression, anxiety, or any other mental illness this class will provide you with a safe and comfortable space to connect with your body and mind.
All proceeds for this donation based class will go towards NAMI of New Jersey, a mental health organization that raises awareness towards mental illness while providing support and education to the community.
This 90 minute workshop’s sole purpose is to get you feeling comfortable and confident with your aerial practice. We will discuss proper body positioning and safety techniques, and all skills will be assisted and performed close to the ground (no higher than 3 feet). You will be introduced to basic ways to hang that are suitable for your comfort level as well as ways to embrace complete presence and the true essence of letting go.
Learn & explore more intermediate/advanced transitions and poses using the aerial hammocks, this is basically playtime for those who are ready to embrace their wings for flips and tricks.
You will be guided through safe and proper entry, technique and how to safely exit and modify these advanced poses. Prerequisite of having an Aerial Yoga practice (and have taken at least 5 aerial classes) or have gone through an Aerial Yoga Teacher Training.
Aerial Partner workshop can be the perfect day-date with your friend or loved one this Valentine’s day. Gives you both a reason to put your phone away, focus on one another and try something new together.
You will learn how to trust the aerial hammock to hang you upside down while your loved one guides you through several movements, sharing this experience together is the best way to start an aerial practice.

This class will be a combination of yoga and dance. The melodious amalgamation of strength, flexibility, balance, and synergy.
First few classes will focus on learning yoga postures, correct alignment, body awareness and smooth transitioning from one pose to another.

Gentle Movement Class for Seniors
Beginners start here. This class is a movement class designed for ages 55+ to help build strength, align
energy and experience an overall feeling of well-being. We will work to improve flexibility and balance while having fun. Props are available to modify poses and
special attention to safety.
We can accommodate those who need chairs, can work on
mats or need pillows for comfort. We will include breath work and relaxation for stress reduction. We encourage you to go at your own pace, have fun while moving and relaxing to feel better, stronger, and flexible.
