Join Kathy Martin for a 45 minute practice that incorporates breathing, light movement on mat to release tension, and singing bowls with variety of sounds incorporating a pre-recorded chant. 

The breathing and light asanas provide time to relax the body and prepare you for the singing bowls that can relax the mind. Let’s create space for you to find a place of tranquility.

Join Kristen for a day in nature! Meet @ 12noon at Washington Valley Park @ the Millers Lane entrance. We will be leading you on an hour long hike followed by an all-levels yoga flow class. Let’s connect with nature together in this cleansing hike & flow workshop.

Bring: Water, hiking boots or sturdy sneakers, yoga mat. We will have only a few mats to borrow available on a first come, first serve basis.  Juice samples will be provided by our New Providence neighbor, The Juice House!!

Join KRI certified Kundalini Yoga teacher, Tracy Hart, as she shares this special practice. Not only will you learn the fundamentals of Kundalini Yoga, but a unique aspect of Kundalini is that although you are working with the energy of the group, you are able to move at your own intensity level and with modifications made for your body. So beginners and those wishing to ramp up in their physical conditioning are welcome along with advanced practitioners.

In this workshop you will receive the basics of kundalini yoga – the history, the philosophy, and the fundamentals of the practice. Kundalini yoga is a technology that tunes up the whole body. It strengthens the nervous system, purifies the blood, and balances the glandular system. It powers up the navel center and strengthens the entire body while increasing flexibility.

During this two hour session, we will practice breathing exercises, a kriya (set of exercises with specific benefits), deep relaxation, and meditation. You will leave feeling energized and relaxed. Come raise your vibration and try this very special and powerful form of yoga.
