Meet other future moms in the area and feel more comfortable and confident during your pregnancy in our prenatal yoga classes. Prenatal Yoga uses postures, breathing, and meditation to help ease pregnancy, delivery, and the after effects of birth. The classes create strength, focus, flexibility and awareness through a gentle practice designed especially for the pregnant woman’s needs. Prenatal Yoga classes provide a safe, peaceful and supportive environment for expectant mothers and are a wonderful way to connect with other mothers-to-be. Yoga helps to alleviate many of the discomforts of pregnancy such as heartburn, nausea, constipation, varicose veins, swelling, back pain and sciatica. The classes are appropriate for both new and experienced students.

Postnatal Yoga- Now on Thursdays! 130-230pm

$22 per class

This class is designed for new moms looking to stretch and strengthen their bodies, and to alleviate tightness and fatigue. We will focus on opening the upper body and a gradual pace of rebuilding the core and pelvic floor. No yoga experience necessary.  Babies welcome (6wks to pre-crawlers). Bring baby car seat, a blanket and anything your baby may need during class.
