8 Weeks Testimonials
The students of Yoga Essence kicked off 2018 by participating in our first ever, 8 Weeks of Wellness Program. Designed and created by the Yoga Essence team with the help of student Tonya Cuozzo, 8 Weeks of Wellness offered an opportunity for individuals to tap into living their best-self! Wellness is an interactive process of becoming aware of and practicing healthy choices to create a more successful and balanced lifestyle. Through this program, we offered ways of living that incorporate behaviors to help you feel refreshed, replenish your personal motivation, and grow as a person. For 7 days a week for 8 weeks, our students committed to a health, spiritual & physical goal. This program was loaded with prizes for all participants! Huge thank you to our sponsors- MyBeautifulDaughters, Lila Massage Therapy, Yoga Essence, VitaSana Flow, Michael Kohan, Julie Kaminski & Inspirational Retreats.
