What is it and when should you do it?

In a few words, earthing or grounding is placing the body in direct and uninterrupted contact with the earth. The students of Yoga Essence kicked off 2018 by participating in our first ever, 8 Weeks of Wellness Program.  Designed and created by the Yoga Essence team with the help of student Tonya Cuozzo, 8 Weeks of Wellness offered an opportunity for individuals to tap into living their best-self!  Wellness is an interactive process of becoming aware of and practicing healthy choices to create a more successful and balanced lifestyle.  Through this program, we offered ways of living that incorporate behaviors to help you feel refreshed, replenish your personal motivation, and grow as a person. For 7 days a week for 8 weeks, our students committed to a health, spiritual & physical goal. This program was loaded with prizes for all participants!
